Can I leave my grill table outside all year?
Yes, it was designed to live outdoors. We do recommend moving your grill table inside during extended periods of nonuse and using a grill cover when it's outdoors and not being used.
You can use a grill cover intended for other grills and smokers. The dimensions you need to cover are 32"H x 28.5"W x 58"L.
How long will it take to get a grill table after I order it?
The average is about three weeks from when you place an order to delivery. Each of our grill tables is custom-made, but we do stock some grill tables in the most popular configurations so it may be less.
Let us know if your order is time-sensitive, and we'll do our best to meet your time frame.
Can I pick up my grill table?
Absolutely. We'll notify you when your grill table is ready and we'll even assemble it free of charge if you prefer. We recommend picking up an assembled table with a pick-up truck with an open bed.
How do I care for my grill table and how often?
KamadoCraft Grill Tables are maintenance free. You can use and enjoy it for many years and do nothing to it. We do recommend periodic oiling to maintain the rich color and beauty of the wood. It takes about 15 minutes to oil the whole table, an iIt also prevents a softening of the color. For more details see our section on Care & Maintenance.
The level of temperature, humidity, and length of exposure to the sun and elements in your location all factor into the frequency of oiling, if desired. We recommend periodic cleaning and oiling during the grilling season.
What kind of warranty comes with your grill tables?
We offer a 30-day guarantee on any manufacturer defects and a limited 3 year warranty. Due to the extreme differences in temperature and humidity we can only offer a 3-year limited warranty. If you have an issue with your grill table, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your satisfaction. We'd rather make it right than make excuses. See our warranty for more details.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order you must do so within one business day of making your payment, and you will receive 97% of the cost of your purchase (The 3% covers the service fee for the transaction). We typically start on your table within 24 hours and due to the number of configurations available, each order is truly a custom order, so no refund can be made after that period. If you ordered a grill table outside the standard ordering options (such as altering the height) no refund is available.
Why do you only show Kamado Joe Grills in your photos?
For two reasons. We don't just sell Kamado grill tables–we use them. We're passionate about Kamado-style grilling, which is what inspired us to make a grill table that we couldn't find on the market.
- We use Kamado Joe Grills for our personal use. We did our research and we found that if you put a steak on any Kamado grill and all things being equal, the steak will taste the same.
- Our comparison of the top three Kamado grills (Big Green Egg, Kamado Joe and Primo) showed that Kamado Joe uses better materials and costs less than the other two grills.
We also contacted Kamado Joe for permission to use their grills in our grill table photography. They graciously offered to loan us two of their grills free of charge.
