Eco-Friendly Wood
KamadoCraft is pleased to only offer sustainable wood products for our Kamado gill tables. Beyond it's beauty, strength and natural ability to withstand the elements, our Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) and Brazilian Cherry (Jatoba) woods are protected and sustainable resources from managed forests. To learn more about our woods and other responsible practices, go to our Green Living page.
We also believe it's important to carry that attitude into our business and production processes as well-even if it costs a little more.
Eco-Friendly Finishing
A "green" option for protecting your grill table is a specially formulated hardwood penetrating oil that penetrates deep into exotic hardwood fibers and does not create a surface film. The oil is extracted from renewable trees in managed forests. It gives the wood a protective coating that brings out the deep beauty of the complex wood grain and adds a beautiful luster. The oil also has advanced UV blockers and mildew resistance added.
Handcrafted Construction
Each of our Kamado grill tables are made one at a time. When you order your configuration, we hand-pick consistent color shades of the wood you selected for a uniform look. Each piece of wood is hand-measured, hand-cut.
Your grill table is oiled and hand-rubbed when completed. It is then assembled and disassmbled before being packaged for shipping. This ensures that the fit and finish meets our exacting standards, and that the partial assembly you perform at delivery will be easy.
Custom Configurations
We think the best way to ensure your satisfaction is for you have a grill table that meets your needs and personal taste. That's why we created an order page that let's you custom design your own KamadoCraft Grill Table. With the number of options available, you can create any one of 16 different configurations.
Built without Compromise in America
We protect the quality of our grill tables by having direct control of each phase of production. We hand-select each board foot of wood, and use skilled labor for cutting, construction, shaping and hand-finishing. On average, it takes 15-20 hours to produce one grill table. Our production procedures ensures that your grill table meets your high standards of quality and ours.
Our grill tables are built with aesthetic beauty inside and out. We don't use veneers or inferior wood for supports. When you buy a solid wood table from us, every piece of your grill table is made from the wood you selected.
Attention to detail is the finishing touch. That's why our grill tables are inspected, assembled and disassembled before leaving our facility.
