Assembling Your KamadoCraft Grill Table
Easy steps for putting your grill table together.

When Your Grill Table Arrives
Your KamadoCraft Grill Table comes partially assembled. The only assembly required is attaching the legs to the shelves with the eight (8) stainless steel caphead screws and washers. Assembly time is 15-30 minutes.
 
Your grill table will come in two separate boxes delivered via FedEx Ground.

Parts List:
(1) Wood Top Shelf
(1) Wood Bottom Shelf
(4) Wood Table Legs (2 legs with stainless steel casters (1 locking, 1 standard))
(8) Stainless Steel Cap Head Bolts with Washers
(1) Set of three ceramic grill feet
(1) Allen Wrench

1. Unpack the boxes and locate the two legs with the casters. You will have one locking caster and one standard caster.
2. Screw in the locking casters for each of the two legs. Use a 3/4" wrench to tighten until the top of caster housing meets the bottom of the leg.
3. Locate the two numbers on one of the longest sides of the bottom shelf where the legs will be attached. Place the shelf flat on the ground with the finished side up.
4. Find the legs with the corresponding numbers (you should have one with a locking caster and one without).
5. Locate the bag with the 8 stainless steel bolts and washers and Allen wrench.
6. Tilt the bottom shelf at a 45° angle (or use a support) and insert the leg without the locking caster into position.
7. Insert a washer on a bolt and turn it finger tight until it threads into the brass receiver in the leg.
   IMPORTANT: The bolt should thread in easily. If not, try moving the leg or angling it slightly. If the bolt catches, DO NOT turn it with the Allen wrench. You may strip the brass insert.
8. Repeat step 7 for the other leg.
9. Repeat steps 3 through 7 for the other side.
10. Locate the corresponding numbers on one side of the top shelf to the legs, and place the top in the correct position.
11. Repeat step 7 and attach each leg to the top shelf.
